Request Closing Documents
For title companies, escrow agents, lenders, and realtors requesting HOA documents for a sale or refinance. Available documents include the Basic and Full HOA Resale Packages, the Status Letter (Estoppel Certificate), the Closing Bundle, and the Transfer of Ownership Form.
How to request documents
- Order and pay first. Use Make a Payment to order your documents in our document shop. We begin processing requests once payment is received.
- Submit this form. Include the property address, community/HOA name, and closing date. In Notes, list the documents you ordered and your order confirmation number.
- Receive your documents. We deliver resale packages, status letters, and the Closing Bundle within 10 business days after we receive your completed form, and updated resale certificates within 7 business days, in line with Texas Property Code §207.003.
